A Painting Revisited
Today I re-painted this painting, of Arizona's red rock country. The revised version gives the painting more oomph, with darker shadows and more intense red in the earth.
With the more intense tonal values defining the mood rather than the subject, something tells me you have been preparing yourself for abstract interpretation all along. . . (see comment re: Study In Gray).
